DBT – Week 2

I’m supposed to have been working on a skill called Wise Mind this week for my therapy appt on Tuesday. I haven’t been. 

I don’t know why I can’t get myself to do it. I think it’s hard to focus on any therapy because even the idea of it makes me anxious. I’ve been distracting myself so much. I should be working on therapy to get better though. 

So this week has been a bit of a bust. But I’m going to keep working.
